RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

TWENTYNINE DRIPS

At TWENTYNINE DRIPS, we aim to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

  • Return - Orders can be returned within 7 days of receiving

  • A return fee of INR 150 will be charged and deducted from the refund amount

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection

  • Refund amount will be issued after deducting the INR 150 return charge

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment into 4-5 Business day.

  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days after approval

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of wrong size ordered

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

  • Exchange orders will be delivered in 3-5 Business Days

4. How to Raise a Request

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Three clear images of the product showing the issue (including tags and packaging)

Requests without images or complete details may be delayed or rejected.

5. Non-Eligible Items

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or washing

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless specified)

6. Final Decision

TWENTYNINE DRIPS reserves the right to approve or reject any return, refund, or exchange request after inspection.
